Do you supply the alcohol?

At this time, we do not supply the alcohol but that does not mean that we are not a full-service beverage company! We will do whatever it takes to make your day easier! This could include planning, designing, suggestions, picking up and delivery of all required beverages for your event.

Where Are you located and will you travel?

We are located in Grants Pass Oregon and our pricing includes travel within a 40 mile radius! We love to venture out and a longer road trip can be discussed! Traveling is our business and we are always open to your ideas!

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve your special day. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to the date of your event, and a 50% refund if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded. If all goes as planned, all balance and payments are due on the date of your event before service begins.

What are the technical requirements for your bar?

We will require access to a flat surface for set up and breakdown of Olive. She requires electricity but if that is not available a generator can be discussed.

Do you provide no host bar service?

We do not sell alcohol from our trailer (however we plan to make that option available in the future). At this time we are considered a “dry” beverage service which means you supply the alcohol and we do the rest! Of course we are happy to plan, calculate, and make suggestions based on our experience and knowledge of events.

What will it cost to have Olive at our special event?

First of all, just so you know, we do a variety of events which could include weddings, showers, family reunions, birthday and anniversary parties, corporate events, photo shoots, etc. We love making your day a one-of-a-kind special event! Are there additional charges beyond the Packages listed on our website?

Additonal hours of service $100 - $150 an hour depending on the package you choose.  We have found at our past events there are times when you don't want the Party to end after 5 hours!  For this reason we collect a $200 refundable deposit along with your final payment on the day of your event.  This refundable deposit is returned to you if your event does not require additional service beyond the 5 hours included in the package.  If you want the party to continue we retain the deposit.
